Chicken with Creamy Broccoli Pesto Bow Ties

- 16 ounce(s) rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cup(s) broccoli florets
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) Fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
- 3 ounce(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) low-fat cream cheese
Directions
- Boil salted water, add broccoli florets and cook until tender. Drain and place in bowl for later use.
- Cook pasta as per directions on box, drain
- Place basil, garlic, oil, lemon zest, red pepper and Parmesan in a food processor or blender until finely ground.
- Add broccoli and pulse four to five times until coarsely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir broccoli pesto and cream cheese into pasta until well blended.
- Add shredded chicken. Serve and enjoy!
