Chicken Wraps
When watching the waistline, bread is often one of the first things to go. If you're singing the sandwich blues and longing for a lunchtime staple, opt for these chicken wraps.

- 12 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce(s) shaved fennel
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup(s) feta cheese
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on the grill, and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
- Let cook for 15 minutes to slightly cool.
- Finely dice the chicken and set aside.
- Combine yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, fennel leaves and garlic in a small bowl; toss.
- Spread on each of the tortillas.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Top each serving with feta.
- Serve.
