Mustard Marinade Chicken Kabobs

- 4 ounce(s) spicy mustard
- 3 tablespoon(s) oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 8 teaspoon(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
Directions
- Whisk spicy mustard, oil, soy sauce and squirt of lemon. Set aside a small amount of mixture to spread over kabobs while cooking.
- Place the chicken, garlic, onion, red peppers, green peppers in a bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Grill for 15 minutes. Turn and brush with reserved marinade.
