- 3 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
- 3 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) teriyaki sauce
- 1 1/2 floz champagne
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) ginger root, finely grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 dash(es) sea salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 dolphinfish fillet (mahi-mahi)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- Mix maple syrup, sugar, teriyaki sauce, champagne, gingerroot, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and cover dolphin fillets.
- Marinate fillets for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- In an oven safe skillet heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high heat.
- Cook the fillets for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Transfer the fillets and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
