  • 1 cup(s) white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) applesauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup(s) raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cooking spray

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, oats, honey, salt and baking powder.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, applesauce and oil.
    4. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture, stirring until just blended.
    5. Stir in blueberries and raspberries.
    6. Grease muffin cups with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
    7. Spoon batter into 12-cup muffin tin.
    8. Bake for 20 minutes.
