Black Bean Flautas
Make it a fiesta with this crowd pleaser! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, black bean goodness in the middle. This is great with a guacamole dip. Eat as an appetizer or as a main dish. Either way you'll be muy contento!

- 2 cup(s) refried black beans
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 stoneground white corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add refried black beans, jalepeno, onion and garlic and mix well.
- Place oil in skillet and warm on medium heat until oil is warm. Once sizzling, grab tortilla and fill with refried bean mixture.
- Roll tortilla up and place fold down into warm skillet. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Place on plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Once finished, enjoy with Guacamole dip. Enjoy!
