Shrimp Toast
Raise a toast to this awesome app that combines a shrimply delicious spread and shrimp, of course!

can shrimp, rinsed and drained

reduced fat mayonnaise

plain yogurt

Drambuie

tablespoon(s)
lemon juice

tablespoon(s)
cilantro
1
dash(es)
salt

dash(es)
pepper

toast points
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shrimp, mayonnaise, yogurt, Drambuie, lemon juice, cilantro, and salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Place the slice of bread on a baking sheet and broiler for 2 minutes on each side.
Spread one side of each toast point or bread slice with the shrimp mixture, and return to the broiler until the mixture bubbles, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from the broiler and put one shrimp on top of each slice.
Serve.
