- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
- 4 tablespoon(s) egg whites
- 2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 ºF.
- In a large bowl combine sugar, applesauce and egg whites.
- Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.
- Add vanilla, nuts and mashed bananas.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve warm.
