avocado, pitted and sliced

whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
In a large bowl, mix lean ground beef, onion, burgundy, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic cloves.
Form the mixture into hamburger patties, about 1/4-inch thick.
Grill the burgers until desired doneness.
Top with lettuce and avocado slices on a toasted bun.
