Tabouli Salad
There is nothing taboo about this healthy tabouli. A Mediterranean staple, enjoy this as a snack or a side. It made look like complex cuisine, but you won't believe what a simple fix it is.

- 1 cup(s) bulgur
- 10 floz boiling water
- 1 cup(s) cannellini beans
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cilantro
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon(s) basil
- 1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
Directions
- Combine bulgar and boiling water in a large bowl. Cover, and set aside to soak for 1 hour.
- Add cannellini beans, cilantro, tomatoes, green onions, basil, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Chill for 2-3 hours and then serve.
