4salmon fillets
2 floz white wine
3 teaspoon(s) sugars
1/3 ounce(s) shaved fennel
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
4 cup(s) baby arugula
1Hass ripe avocado, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Directions
Place salmon filets, white wine, sugar, fresh fennel, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Remove salmon from marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve over top arugula and top salmon with avocado.
