- 4 Alaskan cod fillets
- 1 cup(s) barbecue sauce
- 12 onions, thick slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut 4 large pieces of tin foil out on a flat surface.
- On each foil piece, spread 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and three slices of onion. Then lay filet in the center. Sprinkle small amount of salt and pepper.
- Fold up foil around each filet and place in oven to bake.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
