Crispy Potato Wedges

- 2 large russet potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) grapeseed oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) chipotle powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Toss potato wedges in a large bowl with oil, onion powder, lemon juice, chipotle powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
- Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven until potatoes are tender about 30 minutes.
- Add more salt and pepper before serving.
