Pineapple Ranch Garden Salad
A Hawaiian twist on the traditional garden salad. The pineapple provides a hint of sweetness to the greens, and the ranch dressing gives it a creamy base. Together, twin powers activate into a downright delicious side salad.

- 3 romaine hearts
- 1 cup(s) Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 red onions
- 1 cup(s) pineapple chunks
- 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
- 1 ranch dressing, per serving
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Wash Vegetables.
- Cut three 3 romaine hearts into strips and add to a large salad bowl.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl
- Peel and cut cucumber into slices then into fourths, add about half a cucumber to bowl
- Dice red onions and add to bowl
- Cut pineapple chunks into smaller chunks
- Shred Cheddar Cheese to add when ready to serve
- Add Ranch dressing when ready to serve
