Bean Dip
When it comes to finding a quick and easy starter, have you bean there, done that, one too many times? If you're having an impromptu gathering, this five-minute bean dip recipe will come to the rescue. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.

- 1 can of pinto beans
- 2 ounce(s) roasted red pepper
- 1/2 floz lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Blend all ingredients, except cilantro, in blender until pureed smoothly.
- Place in serving bowl.
- Top with cilantro and enjoy!
