1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) honey
2cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, minced
1 dash(es) freshly ground pepper
24 ounce(s) organic top sirloin steak, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
1green bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1red onion
1zucchini, cut in half moons
Directions
Mix olive oil soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and fresh ground pepper in a bowl.
Add meat and allow to marinande for at least 30 minutes or longer.
Cut vegetables into chunks about same size as steak chunks
Now poke meat and vegtables on to skewer.
Pre-heat grill on high, once ready, place kabobs on grill for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally to cook evenly on all sides. Take kabobs off grill once meat is cooked to your liking.
