1small chile pepper, minced

Directions
Chop chicken breasts into 1-to-2 inch cubes. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute garlic, chile pepper, and onion until softened.
Add chicken cubes and cook until tender.
Add zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
