4 cup(s) kale
2 floz water
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2garlic cloves, chopped
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1 dash(es) salt
1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
Tear kale leaves off of stems. Discard stems.
Wash leaves well.
Heat oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
Add kale and water.
Cover and let cook.
When bright green and tender, add vinegar and uncover.
