Japanese Steak and Vegetables
Stir-fry your way to flavortown with this Japanese steak and veggie dish. Save your yen and create your own hibachi in the comfort of your own home.
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, white wine, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook the steak cubes, browning on all sides. Set aside
- Over medium-high heat use the remaining oil to sauté shallots, carrots, broccoli, and celery.
- Place on a serving dish and scatter the chopped vegetables on top.
- Pour sauce over steak pieces and vegetables.
- Serve hot.
