16 ounce(s) whole grain spahetti
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1garlic clove, minced
1red pepper, chopped
1onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
1jalapeno pepper, minced
1/2 cup(s) peas
1bunch of spinach
1 cup(s) grape tomato, halved
3 1/4 cup(s) pasta sauce
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup(s) cashews, finely ground
Directions
Cook pasta according to the package directions.
Heat oil and sauté the onion, garlic and red pepper in a large skillet on medium-heat for 5 minutes.
Add crushed red pepper, jalapeno, peas, and spinach and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; sauté 2 more minutes.
Add pasta sauce to vegetable mixture and then add it to the pasta.
