1 cup(s) salsa
16 ounce(s) extra lean ground turkey breast
1/2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 3/4 cup(s) canned black beans
4 floz water
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
6 tortilla shells
1 cup(s) lettuce, shredded
1avocado, cut into cubes
Directions
Cook ground turkey in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until browned.
Stir salsa into turkey and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan heat oil and add beans, water, and chilli powder.
Mash the beans with a potato masher.
Warm the tortilla shells.
Spoon the turkey mixture and bean mixture into shells.
