1/2 cup(s) olive oil
2 cup(s) cornmeal
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
16 ounce(s) chicken breasts, boneless skinless, cut into strips

Directions
In a skillet, warm oil over high heat.
In a blender, blend cornmeal until it is a fine flour, add paprika and garlic salt, blend well.
Place cornmeal flour mixture in a large gallon sized zip lock baggie.
Beat eggs in a bowl and then dip chicken strips in the eggs. Afterwards, place chicken in the baggie, and shake.
Fry chicken strips in a skillet until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
