1 teaspoon(s) grapeseed oil
2 ounce(s) walnuts
3 ounce(s) Gorgonzola
2 tablespoon(s) honey
4slices whole wheat bread toasted
Directions
Preheat the grill to 350°F.
Cut the pears into 1-inch thick wedges.
Remove and discard the cores.
Brush them with the oil.
Cover grill with lid and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, toast walnuts in a small pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Pour walnuts in a bowl add Gorgonzola. Add honey and stir.
Pile the pears onto slices of toast and sprinkle with walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
