Ginger Infused Steak

Here's a perfectly marinated steak to make any dinner pop with flavor and a great way to turn an ordinary steak into a gourmet delight.

  • 24 ounce(s) lean flank steak (0.5 inch thick with fat trimmed)
  • 4 ounce(s) light grapefruit juice
  • 4 ounce(s) low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) freshly grated ginger
  • 1 large garlic, chopped

Directions

    1. Place steak into a plastic resealable bag.
    2. Pour in light grapefruit juice and low sodium soy sauce. Add the ginger and garlic. Gently turn the bag upside down to ensure steak is fully covered with marinade. Place bag with steak and marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the steak to fully be infused with sauce.
    3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, place steak on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
    4. Remove from grill and allow steak to sit for 10 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
