1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
4garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
64 oz. boneless pork chops, center cut
Directions
In a plastic resealable bag, place pork chops with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, oil, and thyme. Gently turn bag to ensure that all chops are evenly coated with marinade.
Place bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight. This allows for full marinating.
Preheat grill to high heat. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Set aside for later.
Grill pork chops for about 5-6 minutes on each side making sure to baste the pork chops frequently with boiled marinade.
Remove from heat and serve. Serve with a side of baked apples or applesauce.
