Crock Pot Mac & Cheese

  • 3 cup(s) spiral pasta, dry
  • 3 tablespoon(s) light butter
  • 8 ounce(s) light Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) light sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 cup(s) low fat milk
  • 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne

Directions

    1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. You want it to be just under cooked.
    2. Drain and place in slow cooker.
    3. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir until well combined. 
    4. Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
