Are your Friday nights reserved for pizza? If so, opt for this amazing arugula and tomato topped pie. Prepared in the comfort of your own kitchen, you can skip the unhealthy additions.

1thin crust flatbread pizza crust
1/2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 ounce(s) pizza sauce
1/2 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
3cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
8arugula leaves, use as many as desired
1/4 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinaigrette, use as much as desired
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brush a small amount of oil on the pizza crust. I use Flat Outs, but you can use any brand you desire.
Bake for 2 minutes to crispen crust. Remove from oven.
Add pizza sauce, chopped tomatoes and cheese.
Place back in the oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Add arugula and drizzle a small amount of balsamic vinaigrette on top of the pizza.
With a pizza cutter, slice into fourths. Serve and enjoy!
