Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate to chill dressing. At least 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, and walnuts. Pour dressing on top of salad and toss gently.
