  • 8 ounce(s) Tofutti imitation cream cheese, plain
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sweet vidalia onion salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/10 cup(s) black olives, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tablespoon(s) dill weed
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)

Directions

    1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing until blended completely. 
    2. Add broccoli, cucumber, carrots, onion, black olives and dill weed. 
    3. Spread over tortillas.
    4. Roll up tightly and wrap tortilla in plastic wrap.
    5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    6. Take the plastic wrap off and cut into slices, you should have about 8 slices per tortilla. 
    7. Place onto a serving plate and serve.
