Veggie Pinwheels
Give this delicious kid (and adult) pleaser a spin the next time you're looking for a unique lunch or snack idea!
Directions
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing until blended completely.
- Add broccoli, cucumber, carrots, onion, black olives and dill weed.
- Spread over tortillas.
- Roll up tightly and wrap tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Take the plastic wrap off and cut into slices, you should have about 8 slices per tortilla.
- Place onto a serving plate and serve.
