4bunches baby bok chou
2slices ginger root
2 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
1/10 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/10 floz water
1/3 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
Directions
Wash bok choy and separate stalks from leaves. Cut stalks in diagonal .
Cut leave cross wise.
Heat pan with oil and add ginger root.
Stir about 30 seconds.
Add stalks firs, then leaves. Stir in soy sauce, applesauce and salt.
