  • 8 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 floz dry sherry
  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 6 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) grated ginger root

Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
    2. Use to marinade meat of choice. For chicken, pork and steak marinate for at least to 3 hours or overnight. For fish only marinate for 1-2 hours.
