  • 3 cup(s) zucchini, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix zucchini and eggs. Stir in flour and salt. Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
    2. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and add favorite toppings. Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is throughly melted.
