16 ounce(s) lean ground turkey
1 cup(s) bread crumbs
1clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon(s) parsley
1 tablespoon(s) reduced fat Parmesan
1/4 tablespoon(s) freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoon(s) egg white
3 1/4 cup(s) spaghetti sauce
1package spaghetti
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, 1 tablespoon reduced fat Parmesan, pepper and egg whites and mix gently with your hands.
Shape about a tablespoon of mixture into a meatball and place on the baking sheet.
Continue making the meatballs until mixture is finished, leaving 1/2-inch space between them.
Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes.
In a large pot over medium-high heat, simmer the meatballs in spaghetti sauce for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pot of water, cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
Ladle the meatballs and sauce over the spaghetti and sprinke with Parmesan. Serve.
