Sautéed Kale

Sautéed Kale

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 4 cup(s) kale
  • 2 floz water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Directions

    1. Tear kale leaves off of stems. Discard stems.
    2. Wash leaves well.
    3. Heat oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
    4. Add kale and water. 
    5. Cover and let cook. 
    6. When bright green and tender, add vinegar and uncover.
    7. Cook until most liquid has evaporated.
    8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
