1yellow onion, finely chopped
1garlic clove, finely minced
6 ounce(s) fontina cheese
2diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 cup(s) shredded chicken
4 floz plain low fat yogurt
4 cup(s) egg noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 cup(s) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1cooking spray
1 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
1 dash(es) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Add onion and garlic; cook for 5 minutes.
Add cheese, peppers, broccoli, salt and chili powder and stir. Cook until cheese is melted.
Add chicken and yogurt; mix lightly.
Spray a 1/1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
