1/4 cup(s) ketchup
3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
1 dash(es) salt, to taste
1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
4rib-eye steaks, 8 to 10 ounces
Directions
Combine water and dried currants in a bowl.
Heat in microwave for 1-3 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes.
In a blender or food processor, combine currants, water, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and vinegar in the blender until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steak until well browned and cooked to desired doneness on each side.
