1/4 cup(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
1 floz white wine
1 cup(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
12 ounce(s) salmon
1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
6shallots, chopped
16 ounce(s) mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
To make teriyaki sauce, mix soy sauce, white wine, lemon juice, sugar and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of the marinade for basting.
Marinate the salmon in the teriyaki sauce for an 1 to 2 hours.
Line a baking pan with waxed paper and place the salmon steaks on it.
Bake for 15 minutes, brushing the salmon with the reserved marinade two times during cooking.
Heat skillet with olive oil and add the shallots and mushrooms. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they become softer in texture.
Place the shallots and mushrooms and salmon on a plate and serve.
