Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes

Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 4 idaho potatoes
  • 12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened unflavored almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste

Directions

    1. Wash and peel potatoes
    2. Cut potatoes into chunks
    3. Add potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil on medium- high heat until potatoes are tender and easily forked.
    4. Drain and place back into pot.
    5. Add non-dairy butter, salt, pepper and mash potatoes
    6. Slowly add almond milk while mashing potatoes until potatoes have a creamy consistency.
    7. Serve and enjoy!
