4idaho potatoes
12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
1/2 cup(s) unsweetened unflavored almond milk
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Directions
Wash and peel potatoes
Cut potatoes into chunks
Add potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil on medium- high heat until potatoes are tender and easily forked.
Drain and place back into pot.
Add non-dairy butter, salt, pepper and mash potatoes
Slowly add almond milk while mashing potatoes until potatoes have a creamy consistency.
