1/2 cup(s) spring water
9 teaspoon(s) Splenda sugar substitute
1 floz fresh squeezed lemon juice
4medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, lemon, and sugar substitute. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly then transfer to a blender.
Add peaches and cover and blend until smooth.
Prepare ice cream cylinder as per manufacturer's directions. Once filled and ready, transfer sorbet to the freezer container;cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
