Steak Sandwich
"What's for dinner?" When the same old debate is on the table, steak your culinary claim with this scrumptious sandwich. A quick fix, your family is certain to fall for it.

- 1 cooking spray
- 4 red pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
- 4 green pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) light butter, melted
- 8 French rolls, sliced
- 16 ounce(s) sirloin steak, grilled
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add cooking spray. When hot, sauté the bell peppers, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper until vegetables are tender.
- In a large bowl, add oil and butter. Mix until well combined.
- Brush the cut sides of the bread with the oil and butter mixture and place under the broiler. Cook until the tops are lightly toasted.
- Slice the grilled steak into thin strips.
- Place the strips on the bottom half of each l and top with cooked vegetables.
- Combine both slices of the sandwiches and serve.
