  • 8 ounce(s) grass-fed lean ground beef
  • 8 ounce(s) organic ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup(s) organic quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pasture raised, organic large egg
  • 1 floz organic low fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) organic ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) molasses

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 
    2. Use 6 non-stick muffin cups or spray them with cooking spray.
    3. In a large bowl, knead together the beef, turkey, oats, onion, egg, milk, garlic,  garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  You want all ingredients to be well combined. Separate the meat mixture into 6 even balls and place each in a muffin cup. Mold each meat mixture ball into muffin cup with a rounded top. 
    4. In a small bowl stir ketchup, mustard, and molasses together. This is for the glaze.
    5. Spread a little bit of glaze on top of each meat mixture.
    6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and well browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
