115-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) tahini
1clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 tablespoon(s) warm water
Directions
In a blender or food processor, add garbanzo beans, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper and blend.
Add olive oil and continue to blend until smooth consistency or desired texture.
Add 3 tablespoons of water and continue to blend until desired smoothness. You may need to add more water for desired thickness.
