1packet active dry yeast
18 floz warm water
9 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
6 3/4 cup(s) wheat flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in a bowl of warm water.
Add sugar, salt. and oil and 3 cups of flour, then stir until smooth.
Add in remaining flour, 0.5-cup at a time, until a dough forms.
Place dough onto a floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. This may take about 8-10 minutes.
Place dough into a prepared bowl, turning over to ensure top of dough gets coated.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until it is doubled. This should take about 1.5 hours.
Punch dough down.
Place dough onto a floured surface and cut in half.
Place each dough into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and mold dough.
Cover and let rise again until doubled. This should take another 30-45 minutes.0
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for until bread is 3golden brown or for 30-35 minutes.
