4hamburger buns
16 ounce(s) lean ground turkey
1 dash(es) salt
4slices low fat American cheese
1/8 cup(s) low fat mayonnaise
1/8 cup(s) low fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoon(s) catsup
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
1 tablespoon(s) relish
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
2 floz water
4tomato slices
4lettuce leaves
Directions
In a food processor blend mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, lemon juice, onion, relish, paprika, and water. Set aside.
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
Gently form the ground turkey into thin patties slightly larger than the bun.
Add salt and cook for 3 minutes on one side. Flip, and place the cheese on top.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Place the pattie on the bottom bun and add blended dressing, tomato, lettuce and top of half of the bun.
