1/2 cup(s) egg whites
1/4 cup(s) low fat mayonnaise
1/10 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/10 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
1/10 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
2 cup(s) wild caught backfin, crabmeat, cooked
1/2 cup(s) Saltines crackers, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
Directions
In a large bowl, add the egg whites, mayonnaise, cinnamon, galangal, red pepper flakes, pepper, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, ground cloves, and dry mustard and mix well.
Add the crabmeat and crackers and combine gently.
Using your hands, mold the mixture into 6 cake patties.
Place a large skillet over medium-low heat and add the peanut oil.
Once heated, add the crab patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
