Spanish Style Quinoa
Savory Spanish quinoa makes for a main or side dish that will make you say "Ole'!"
Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add quinoa and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add onion, broth, tomato sauce, garlic powder, ground cumin and chili powder and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy.
