1 dash(es) salt
1/4 cup(s) rice
3 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
3 cup(s) skim milk
2/3 cup(s) raisins
Directions
Place the water, rice and a dash of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Combine the rice, sugar, raisins, egg replacement and milk in a large pot.
Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until most of the milk has been absorbed.
