  • 8 floz water
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) rice
  • 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 3 cup(s) skim milk
  • 2/3 cup(s) raisins

Directions

    1. Place the water, rice and a dash of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    3. Combine the rice, sugar, raisins, egg replacement and milk in a large pot.
    4. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until most of the milk has been absorbed.
    5. Serve warm.
