Low Carb-High Flavor Chocolate Cake

  • 1/2 cup(s) butter
  • 3 ounce(s) unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 24 Splenda Granulated Sweetener packets
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 floz water
  • 2 1/4 cup(s) almond flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon(s) distilled white vinegar

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and pan. 
      In a spall pan melt butter with unsweetened chocolate and then set aside to cool.
    2. Stir together the Splenda and eggs. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat well. Add 1 cup boiled water and blend well. The mix should should be a liquid at this point.
    3. Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture and blend.
    4. Add in the vinegar and the almond or coconut milk and stir into the chocolate batter. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
