3 cup(s) carrots, cooked until tender
1/4 cup(s) plain low fat yogurt
2eggs, beaten
1egg white
1/5 cup(s) almond flour
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 cooking spray
Directions
Put carrots, yogurt, eggs, egg white, flour, sugar and vanilla in a blender or food processor.
Use cooking spray to grease 1-quart baking dish.
When carrot mixture is smooth, spoon into baking dish.
