12 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 ounce(s) shaved fennel
1garlic clove
4whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup(s) feta cheese
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on the grill, and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Let cook for 15 minutes to slightly cool.
Finely dice the chicken and set aside.
Combine yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, fennel leaves and garlic in a small bowl; toss.
